How to Set Up Your Signature

Internal Outlook — desktop client

  1. Fill in your details above and click Preview, then Copy.
  2. Open Outlook and create a new email.
  3. Click Signature in the top ribbon → Signatures…
  4. Click New, give it a name, then paste with Ctrl+V.
  5. Click OK. Your signature is now saved and ready.
  6. To insert automatically: under Choose default signature, select it from the New messages dropdown.

Office 365 — Outlook on the web

  1. Click this link to open your Office 365 signature settings directly.
  2. Paste your copied signature into the text field using Ctrl+V.
  3. Set your sending preferences and click Save.
